Looking at the trolley model in Maya, I first re-did the UVs. I exported the model as an obj. Moving into Substance Designer I created some base materials such as metal, wood, ects. Importing the trolley into Substance Painter I kept referring to my reference pictures to achieve the final for the new and old version. Once I got the desired textures I imported the model into Unreal Engine 4 and applied all the textures.
